At Livity Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and any complimentary items included with the order.

Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or customer negligence.

Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase or the order confirmation.
All return requests must be approved by Livity Store before the product is returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Used or damaged products.

Products without original packaging, accessories, or tags.

Customized or personalized products.

Digital products, downloadable content, or gift cards.

Personal care, hygiene, or health-related products once opened or used.

Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

Clear photographs of the product.

Photographs of the shipping package.

A brief description of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Return Inspection
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements.
If the return is approved, the refund process will begin. If the product does not qualify, it may be returned to the customer without a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Estimated processing times are:

The actual time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, handling fees, convenience fees, gift wrapping charges, and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as shipping the wrong product or a defective item.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is approved because:

The product is defective,

The product arrived damaged, or

An incorrect item was delivered,
Livity Store will bear the applicable return shipping cost or arrange the return where possible.
For returns requested for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after delivery if the product qualifies under this policy.
Approved cancellations made before shipment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within their standard processing period.
If the amount is not reversed within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your payment details, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Duplicate payments for the same order will be verified and refunded after confirmation.
Situations Where Refunds May Be Declined
Refund requests may be declined if:
